Customer Service Desk
Our Customer Service Desk is located on the lower level, where you’ll find our friendly staff who are more than happy to assist with all of your enquiries, including:
- Store Information and Directions
- Hire of wheelchairs, motorised scooters and kiddie cruisers
- Gift Certificate
- Gift Wrapping
- Events information
- Lost and found property
- First Aid assistance
Wheelchairs and Motorised Scooter Hire
To make your experience at Eastlands even easier, wheelchairs and motorised scooters are available free of charge when visiting the centre. Bookings can be made by phoning Customer Service on 6244 5222 to ensure availability is guaranteed.
Mobility and Disabled Assistance
The travelator at the Big W end of the centre provides easy access for most prams, wheelchairs and walking frames. If you require assistance up or down the travelator, just let us know - that’s what we are here for!
To provide assistance with moving between levels, our Customer Service Desk is located at the bottom of the travelator. We’ll be able to contact our security guards who are only too happy to help you!
Should you require assistance elsewhere in the centre, all stores in the centre are able to phone our Customer Service Desk to arrange assistance for you.
Lift Access
Eastlands offers lift access to both levels of the shopping centre. The lift is located just a short distance through the Eastlands Pet Supply exit from the lower level, or just through the Just Jeans and Hairhouse Warehouse exit on the upper level. The lift also services Levels 1, 3, 5 and 7 of the multi story car park.
Gift Certificates
Not sure what to get that someone special? Why not buy them an Eastlands Shopping Centre Gift Certificate! Available in any amount, certificates can be purchased at our Customer Service Desk and spent at any participating store at Eastlands. EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available when purchasing.
Gift Wrapping
Our Customer Service Desk provides a beautiful gift wrapping service for you. For a small fee, your gifts can be conveniently wrapped while you shop, with all proceeds donated to Anglicare Tasmania to assist them in continuing their valuable service to the community.
Lost and Found Property
If you misplace an item whilst in the Centre, please ask at our Customer Service Desk - we may be able to help. Alternatively, if you find a piece of lost property please pass it onto our Customer Service Desk.
Parents Room
Our well equipped Parents Rooms are located on both the upper and lower levels. They are the perfect place to change a nappy, warm a bottle or feed your baby in privacy.
High Chairs
To make lunch time a little easier, we have a number of children’s high chairs available for use in our food court on the lower level. Please ask our cleaning team in the food court for assistance.
Kiddie Cruiser Hire
Give yourself a break and entertain the kids at the same time! Kiddie Cruisers are available for hire from our Customer Service Desk and provide generous trolley space for all your shopping.
Seniors Card
Many retailers within the Centre provide exclusive Seniors Card discounts and offers to Seniors Card holders. Participating retailers and specials listing is available at our Customer Service Desk.
